How do I open a trouble ticket?
Your reseller can help you to open a ticket. Send an email to service-ticket@quintum.com.
This email automatically opens a trouble ticket and generates a ticket
number. A Quintum engineer will then reach out to you to assist you in
correcting the problem.

for firmware updates, and download the latest patches and firmware. Always
remember to back up your configuration files before upgrading your firmware.
What other training resources does Quintum offer?
Quintum offers excellent training courses. Our classes are extremely
popular and fill up quickly. In order to attend a training class, you
MUST speak with your sales rep to confirm availability and reserve your
place. No one will be admitted without a confirmed paid receipt. Seats
are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon receipt
of the completed Training Registration Form and all fees. To see a list
