Firmware Updates for the Tenor CMS MultiPath Switch

How to update the firmware on your Tenor CMS/Call Relay SP:

The CMS and Call Relay SP are updated using the Windows-based CMS Update Utility. This utility will walk you through the update process. The update utility will prompt you for a userid and password to obtain the code update. There is a different ID and Password for each version of code.

IMPORTANT: You must update your Configuration Manager when you update code on your Tenor!

The Configuration Manager is backwards compatible, so it can manage Tenors with P100 code or later, but it must be updated to support the most recent code in your network.
